Bamanga Tukur Dies at 90

Former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Chairman, Bamanga Tukur, has died at the age of 90.
Tukur was a prominent Nigerian politician who served as governor of the former Gongola State and held several government positions during his career.
He led the PDP as national chairman from 2012 until his resignation in 2014 amid internal disagreements within the party.
His death has drawn condolences from political figures and associates, who have described him as an influential figure in Nigeria’s political history.
